The indictment alleges that from as early as Aug. 2009 through De. 28, 2009, the defendants obtained money by skimming the account numbers of credit cards used at restaurants, transferring those numbers to fraudulent credit cards and then using those fraudulent cards to buy goods and services.

Cathleen Dean, 53, pleaded guilty to the class C felony charge of negligent homicide Monday afternoon in Southeast District Court. Dean pleaded "not guilty" in December to the Sept. 29 accident on Highway 210 that caused the death of 18-year-old Antoinette Gjesdal.
